Healing Memories Support Group
If you have lost a loved one you might have moments when grief can seem overwhelming and this is very normal. Sadness, lack of sleep or racing thoughts are a few common experiences during grief. You may want to have some extra support when times do get tough, this is when a grief support group can help.
Meetings are led by trained professionals and are open to the public. These sessions are free of charge and open to the public.
