Thank you for supporting the JTD Hospital Foundation. We offer multiple ways to give for your convenience. Here are the donation options available to you.

Annual Fund

The Annual fund is the heart of our development efforts—benefiting all programs and services of the hospital. We encourage you to give monthly or annually to this fund to build our base of support to the hospital. These funds are designated to the area of greatest need. Every donation no matter the size supports healthcare provided bt the Grand Lake Health System. 

Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU)/Surgery Expansion

Renovation and expansion of existing hospital space to create an attractive, efficient, surgery center for ambulatory (same day surgery) and other surgical services. This project will provide more space for surgery procedures and accommodate a greater volume of patients to better meet the needs of the community.

Grand Lake Hospice

Donations will help provide end of life care for patients and families. Your generosity enhances the quality of life for our patients and their families. 

Landen Phlipot Healthy Baby Fund

The Phlipot Healthy Baby Fund, named in the memory of Joey and Jessica Phlipot’s son Landen. These funds are used to provide education to parents about safe sleep and for maintaining the well-being of all infants born at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.These funds are also used to purchase Halo sleep sacks, which replaces loose blankets in the infant crib and a factor to consider in SIDS.
