Giving Back Enriches Us All

Thank you for supporting the JTD Hospital Foundation. We offer multiple ways to give for your convenience. Here are the donation options available to you.

Annual Fund
The Annual fund is the heart of our development efforts—benefiting all programs and services of the hospital. Donors are encouraged to give annually to meet day–to-day needs, building our base of support. Our funds are designated to the area of greatest need.

Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU)/Surgery Expansion
Renovation and expansion of existing hospital space to create an attractive, efficient, surgery center for ambulatory (same day surgery) and other surgical services. This project will provide more space for surgery procedures and accommodate a greater volume of patients to better meet the needs of the community.

Grand Lake Hospice
Donations will help provide end of life care for patients and families.

Landen Phlipot Healthy Baby Fund
The Phlipot Healthy Baby Fund, named in the memory of Joey and Jessica Phlipot’s son Landen, raises funds through its annual paint ball tournament. These funds are used for maintaining the well-being of all infants born at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital including the purchase of Halo sleep sacks, which replaces loose blankets in the infant crib and a factor to consider in SIDS. We are graciously accepting donations online through the form below.

Other Gifts
Donations to specific departments or programs within Joint Township District Memorial Hospital and Grand Lake Health System.

If you are interested in giving directly through our secure on-line portal by credit card, please use the form below.
