Plans, organizes and manages daily operations of the Employer Outreach Department. Assists with all aspects of sales and marketing of hospital services and provider relations. Operationalizes and negotiates contracts for health and wellness services ensuring clients expectations are met. Works independently with hospital departments scheduling staffing appropriate to service requirements. Manages the process of providing health risk, -assessment services and provides data analytics to company clients. Assists in monitoring quality improvement issues and assuring staff members are trained to meet the needs of the clients and community members served. Establishes policies and procedures for the services according to the hospital standards. Acts as a liaison between the hospital, community members and employers in the GLHS service area.
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse school of nursing. BSN preferred. License to practice professional nursing in the state of Ohio.
