Job Summary

Responsible for coordination of resources to meet the needs of patients, staff and physicians on a shift basis. Significant portion of time is spent in problem solving, collaborating with work areas, evaluating effectiveness of care, and promoting positive communication. Contributes to implementation and enforcement of administrative and patient care policies and procedures, performance appraisals and takes corrective action as appropriate. Assumes administrative responsibilities in the absence of Clinical Leaders and Chief Clinical Officer. Is responsible to provide oversight of non-patient care areas as well.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. License to practice professional nursing in the state of Ohio. Minimum of 3-5 years recent Acute Care experience. ED/ Critical Care experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

BSN highly recommended. ED/ Critical Care experience preferred. Previous charge or supervisory experience preferred
