Works under the supervision of Food Services Chef/Manager. The Food Services Assistant attractively portions and serves food and beverage items for patients, cafeteria, catering, and Prescription Meals, maintaining good portion control. Performs all ware washing tasks and cleans pots, pans, and utensils. Stores all deliveries. Practices good sanitation techniques. Effectively demonstrates JTDMH mission and Customer Service principles.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Food service experience preferred.
