Establishes the vision and provides leadership in the delivery of excellent patient care and in the achievement of a variety of initiatives. Serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for the Health System. Plans, directs, organizes, evaluates, controls, patient services functions and other areas as may be assigned.
Must have 3 or more years of Chief Nursing Officer experience. Registered Nurse with a Bachelors degree in Nursing, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related degree from an accredited school and related Masters Degree. Excellent management, communication, and writing skills. Sufficient nursing experience including previous management experience in healthcare environment required.
