Grand Health Challenge 2014 — Purpose, Commitment, Motivation, Challenge, Dedication, Results, Rewards!
It’s an award-winning weight loss program, with participants losing more than 27,000 lbs. over the past 7 years!
If you’re looking to make 2014 the year you get healthy, entering the Grand Health Challenge is a great way to start. Even if you don’t win one of our cash prizes, you’ll still have fun and discover that you can achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle for years to come.
While losing weight seems like a good idea --- especially after the holidays --- does it really matter if you’re a few pounds overweight? Well, only you and your doctor can determine what might be an “ideal” weight for you. But the real purpose behind the 2014 Grand Health Challenge is to transform your thinking --- and even more important, your behavior ---- with regard to your health. The benefits range from better self-image to simply enjoying life for yourself and your family. Whatever your reason, Grand Lake Health System is here to help you live a fuller, healthier life.
