Prostate Screening
Prostate cancer – known also as the "silent killer" – is the second leading cause of cancer death among men. Every September, Joint Township Hospital joins healthcare providers around the country in sponsoring a local event to recognize Prostrate Cancer Awareness Month. A free educational and screening program, it annually attracts 200 men from the Auglaize County area.
Prostate Screening Dates:
- TBA - September 21/2023, from 6 AM - 6 PM
Screenings will be held in the Grand Lake Medical Offie Building- 1140 S. Knoxville Ave., Suite D (lab entrance).
PLEASE NOTE 2023 GUIDELINES:

All participants must be between the ages of 55-75, unless there is a history of prostate cancer in your family.

You are eligible if you have not had prostate cancer or currently under the care of an Urologist.

You are eligible if you have not had a PSA done in the past 9 months.
